Reset your password using your license key
Lost access to your tenant admin account?
Verify your license to request a password reset. You’ll need:
  • Your Tenant ID (UUID)
  • Your License Key
  • The email on the license
Your unique tenant UUID. Check your registration email or license documentation.
The license key provided when your account was created.
Must match the admin email on your license registration.
